Our friend, Gail Saunders, has a guesthouse we loved. Everywhere we looked, the blue Aegean Sea. I went swimming every day. We ate at wonderful local restaurants. Everything on Paros must be either brought in by ferry, or produced on the island, so most of the small bistros were surrounded by gardens to grow their own produce, and a few sheep and lambs. Seafood, of course, is plentiful right off the fishing boats.
