All my life, I’ve loved to travel. My dream has been to visit all the countries that interest me on every continent. Until July 2021, however, I’d never left North America.
In Spring of 2021, we could see the world beginning to reopen. Dempsey said, “This year is yours. It’s time to make your travel dream come true.” And so we did!

Sequim Bay State Park
Monday afternoon we crossed the Hood Canal Floating Bridge to the Olympic Peninsula, where we visited the gorgeous Sequim Bay State Park. Yesterday we explored some of Olympic National Park, sans hiking. We drove up to Hurricane Ridge and then Crescent Lake. A full exploration of this magnificent park would require a week, much of it on foot. I’m grateful I got to see this much.
